Postcards from the Soul

A horticulturist by education, an artist by inspiration and an astrologer by curiosity:  I have always had a garden of my own… or at least since I was four.  I learned to carefully watch my garden.

My grandmother promised I would see the fairies if I sat still enough and for long enough. I didn’t see the fairies, but it did start the journey of being still, observant and noticing change over time; quite a skill for both the astrologer and the gardener.

 

At my first Saturn return (29ish), I started a landscape company.  Here, I got to indulge the artist by designing frisky and joyful annual color designs. I built a team, learned how to talk to clients, inspired people to work together and watched.  I observed the process of plants and people growing and how they mix and breathe into one complex system.  The pretty colors bring joy and emotional healing; a diversion from the day.  I always had the nudge that there was another adventure and a bigger end game.

Eventually the struggles of founding and growing a company to 20 plus employees, over two decades had gifted me with some profound psychological insights.  Like the ones where: if you plant the flowers with love, they grow better. If you plant beautiful gardens, that match the rhythm of the person, they feel better. But the cherry on top is understanding how to pull insights and guidance from above.  Learning how to connect to our galactic ancestry and weave the wisdom of the ages into our daily lives.  This is where the adventure gets exciting.  Like more exciting than driving your land rover into a pride of lions on an African safari.

So now on to the next challenge is marrying heaven and earth where we explore how the two are connected.  We explore the wholistic systems of astrology, emotions, psychology, spiritual growth, beauty, good soil and healthy, tasty food.  A lifetime of observation and study, coming together as new offerings.

What is astrology and how can it benefit me?

What is the natal chart?

A picture of the sky for the moment you were born.  The electromagnetic frequency for the coming symphony of your life.  The sheet of music to inspire the symphony.

What is the transit chart?

It is a picture of the sky in this current moment in time.  The cheat sheet on where you are in the symphony and what high and low notes are being played.

How do I prepare for an astrology consultation?

An accurate birth date, time, and location are needed.  Often the original hospital of birth will have the birth certificate with the time of birth.  Readings with out a birth time do still have great insights but the birth time is a really nice bonus.  If you can provide a paragraph on what are your most pressing questions, but also I can be led intuitively by the chart.

Can astrology help with relationship issues?

Yes, astrology can offer insights into relationship dynamics and compatibility, helping you understand and improve your interactions with others.

What is evolutionary astrology?

Evolutionary astrology is the study of the soul and what it wants to learn in this life time.  I find it often gives one the courage to live what they already suspect is true, and the motivation to work on the next chapter of the story.
